Somatic Meditation and Co-regulation

A workshop for grounding, sensory awareness, nervous system steadiness, and meaningful connection
Workshop Description
Somatic Meditation & Co-Regulation is a gentle workshop exploring body awareness, attunement, grounding, sensory presence, and connection with others.
Rather than treating meditation as something you do only alone, this workshop explores how presence can also emerge through safe, attuned connection. You will be guided through simple practices that support body awareness, steadier attention, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and the people around you.
Through somatic meditation, individual reflection, partnered exercises, and group practices, you will be guided to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and experience a calmer, more grounded form of presence.
This is a practical, non-clinical workshop suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. All exercises are guided clearly, and participation is always consent-based, optional and respectful.
The workshop may include:
- gentle grounding and breath awareness
- somatic witnessing and body-based awareness
- individual meditation and reflection
- paired connection exercises
- group sharing and integration

Workshop Description
Winter Solstice Meditation Ceremony: The Shift — Honouring the Return of the Light is a candlelit meditation ceremony for stillness, reflection, connection, and renewal.
On the afternoon of the shortest day, we gather together in candlelight to pause, reflect, and honour the quiet turning of the season back toward the light.
Rather than treating meditation as something you do only alone, this ceremony offers a shared space for grounding, presence, reverence, and meaningful human connection. You will be guided through gentle practices that support stillness, emotional settling, reflection, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.
Through guided meditation, candlelit reflection, simple connection practices, and an honouring process, you will be invited to slow down, soften, and mark the winter solstice as a threshold of renewal.
