FAQ

What happens in a session?

The first session explores what you are experiencing, what support may be useful, and how the session can be tailored to you as an individual.

Each session offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, settle your attention, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Depending on your needs, a session may include guided meditation, grounding practices, breath awareness, reflective conversation, and simple take-home practices

Where possible, sessions may also include connection with nature as part of grounding and reconnection.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. Sessions are suitable for both beginners and those with previous meditation experience. You do not need to know how to meditate before your first session.

Is this therapy or mental health treatment?
