I’m Phi, the founder of Joyful Insight and a qualified, professionally registered meditation teacher. My work comes from long-term personal practice, professional training, and a lived understanding through navigating personal circumstances of how meditation can support calm, awareness, and meaningful change.

I created Joyful Insight to offer practical meditation support for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and agency.

My approach is calm, practical, and tailored to your individual needs.

Each session offers a respectful space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build simple practices that support steadiness in daily life.

Where helpful, sessions may include grounding, awareness practices, gentle reflection, and connection with nature.

Sessions are offered in a safe, respectful, and confidential space where you can slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect.

No two people are the same. Each session is shaped around your needs, circumstances, and capacity.

Over time, meditation can help you build steadier awareness, clearer choices, and a stronger connection with yourself.

Settle the nervous system, create space to breathe, and reconnect with a steadier sense of presence.

Develop awareness of your inner world so you can observe thoughts, emotions, and patterns more clearly.

Turn calm and awareness into clearer choices, self-trust, resilience, and meaningful action.

My work offers grounded meditation support for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, fatigue, life transition, or a need to reconnect with themselves in a steadier way.
